Bringing a strong business background, a

community, Betty Otter-Nickerson has taken over the reins as chief executive
officer for GalleryWatch.com, an Austin-based online legislative information and
tracking service that serves the Texas and Washington, D.C., markets.
Otter-Nickerson comes to GalleryWatch.com after serving as
CEO of Vincera, Inc., an enterprise customer interaction software provider.
Prior to her association with Vincera, Otter-Nickerson
spent nine years with Houston-based BMC Software Inc., where she served as vice
president of operations. During her tenure there, Otter-Nickerson helped
orchestrate BMC's growth from $300 million in revenue to $1.7 billion. She also
has worked in technical and information technology positions with the Lower
Colorado River Authority, Syntex Pharmaceutical and TRW.

The new GalleryWatch.com CEO also brings a strong

and organizations. She has
long-standing ties to the Austin community and the surrounding area and earned
an MBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
GalleryWatch.com, founded in 1996 in Austin, has since
expanded to include offices in Washington, D.C. The services offer real-time
legislative, regulatory, and government information and bill tracking in both
the Texas Legislature and the United States Congress.
Both services include thousands of users in the

Austin-based Triton Ventures.
