Betty Otter-Nickerson has joined Austin-based GalleryWatch.com Inc. as CEO.
GalleryWatch.com provides real-time legislative, regulatory and government
information services for two markets -- Austin and Washington, D.C.
Previously, Otter-Nickerson was CEO at Austin-based Vincera Software Inc.,
which she left in March. Otter-Nickerson also is the former top executive in
Austin for BMC Software Inc. [NYSE: BMC], based in Houston.
Otter-Nickerson eventually was replaced at Vincera by David Malmstedt.
Vincera develops software for businesses that moves customer functions to a
company's Web site.
After leaving Vincera, Otter-Nickerson "officed" at Austin-based
Triton Ventures LLC while working with the venture capital firm's portfolio
companies. Triton is an investor in Vincera and GalleryWatch.com.
