GalleryWatch.com has expanded its partnership with Penny Hill Press to offer access to all numbered Congressional Research Service (CRS) documents and Electronic Briefing Books, from January 2003 to the present. The services are available on a subscription basis via the web through www.GalleryWatch.com or on DVD-ROM. The website subscriptions feature continuous updates while the DVD-ROMs are available on a quarterly updated subscription basis or as annual archive editions. With BAMS, policy specialists are assigned legislation for analysis and are given a specific time period in which they are to complete it. Once the analysis is complete, BAMS automatically reassigns bills to be analyzed as the legislation is amended.
